Sang Limite ("we", "us") runs a platform that connects blood donors with people who need blood. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Information we collect

• Account: a username and password you set (passwords are stored only as a secure hash — never in plain text).
• Profile: your name, phone number, date of birth, blood type, and region — only what you choose to add.
• Posts: the donation offers and blood requests you create, including their blood type, region, and any notes you add.
• Enrollments: if you sign up to an announcement, the name and phone number you provide.
• Device: a push-notification token, so we can alert you about relevant requests.
• Usage: basic, non-identifying diagnostics that keep the app working.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the service: to show your donation offers and blood requests to other users, to let people contact you about them, to send the notifications you asked for, and to keep the platform safe from abuse. We do not sell your data.

What other users can see

When you post a donation offer or a blood request, other users can see its blood type, region, notes, and — inside the app — the contact phone number on the post, so they can reach you. Your username, password, and date of birth are never shown. Links you share to a request on our website deliberately hide the phone number; contact happens only inside the app.

Sharing with others

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and push-notification delivery), and only as far as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect people's safety.

Keeping your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Posts you delete stop being visible to others. If you want your account and data removed, contact us and we will delete it — except anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation.

Security

Passwords are stored as a secure hash, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The app is intended for people eligible to donate blood and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your profile details at any time in the app, delete posts you created, turn notifications off in your device settings, and ask us to delete your account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will ask you to review and accept the new version in the app. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
