Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Sang Limite (VitalDrop) account and all data linked to it at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
- Open the app and go to the Requests tab.
- Open "Profile & settings".
- Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm. Your account and its data are removed immediately.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently removed from our servers: your account and profile, your donation offers and blood requests, your notifications, your device's push registration, and your in-app activity. Nothing about your account is kept after deletion.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app or the device, email us and we will delete your account for you. Include the username shown in the app's Profile & settings so we can find the account — accounts are anonymous, so without it we cannot locate your data.
